Sayeman, a legendary landmark of Cox’s Bazar frequented by famous celebrities, head of the states and other dignitaries since 1964 has opened a new chapter of fifty years history with a launch of five star standard beach front hotel named Sayeman Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar. This oceanfront, 228-room modern hotel located at Marine Drive, Kolatoli Beach is set to be another landmark property in Cox’s Bazar.
Mr. Rashed Khan Menon, M.P, Honorable Minister of Civil Aviation and Tourism, and Engr. Mosharraf Hossain, M.P, Honorable Minister Public Works and Housing will inaugurate the Grand Opening Ceremony as Chief Guest and Special Guest. Approximately 500 Dignitaries, business elites, guests and member of the media has been invited to attend the grand opening which will start with ribbon cutting ceremony, animated beach laser show, fire spinning and grand fireworks. Popular music band, Miles is going to perform at the Marina Ballroom of the hotel for guests followed by the speeches.
The new Sayeman Beach Resort is owned and operated by the third-generation business family that owned Hotel Sayeman since 1964. The 228-room beach hotel consists of 16 Panorama Ocean Suites with 180-degree view of the Bay of Bengal, 36 Sea view Deluxe Suites and 176 Sea-view & Hill-view rooms all equipped with modern amenities such as LCD TVs, central air conditioning, central water heating system, room controller etc.

The architecture and interior of the hotel has been carefully designed to give full ocean front experience to give a strong sense of place. The beach can be viewed from most of the rooms, large infinity swimming pool and bar deck. The spacious lobby with over 60 feet atrium overlooks the ocean with a fountain flowing in the background. The hotel has three restaurants and a beach front bar with large deck overlooking the ocean. The hotel has been also designed keeping meetings, conventions and exposition in mind. The Marina Ballroom can host up to 700 guests and hotel has five different size of hall rooms and meeting rooms that can be catered to corporate events. The infinity pool of the hotel has already attracted many guests for its picturesque vie from the pool deck overlooking the ocean.
